Maybe the servers are still not set correctly?

The servers are running fine.
If you expect help you first need to make your computers visible:

What difference do my computers make? I don't get the connection, since ALL the executables come from the BOINC system. Something in settings could make errors in computation occur???

Is there I can make just ONE computer visible?
(the one with the same errors as when the servers were acting up?)

No, you can set only one preference for ALL PC's.
Should LHC@home show your computers on its web site?

In the Atlas or Theory message folder are instructions how to install in Linux cvmfs.

Would be better to read and follow this links to do the basic CVMFS setup:
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/forum_thread.php?id=4971&postid=38259
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/forum_thread.php?id=4840&postid=36880
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/forum_thread.php?id=5342&postid=41861

Some advices given there are meanwhile outdated:
- Singularity (ATLAS) is now available via CVMFS, a local installation should be avoided
- CVMFS should use openhtc.io instead of stratum-1-servers (more a MUST than a should!)

It makes no sense to request fresh native tasks unless the following tests succeed:

sudo cvmfs_config probe
Probing /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch... OK
Probing /cvmfs/atlas-condb.cern.ch... OK
Probing /cvmfs/grid.cern.ch... OK
Probing /cvmfs/cernvm-prod.cern.ch... OK
Probing /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch... OK
Probing /cvmfs/alice.cern.ch... OK

All lines must end with "OK".

sudo cvmfs_config stat
Running /usr/bin/cvmfs_config stat atlas.cern.ch:
VERSION PID UPTIME(M) MEM(K) REVISION EXPIRES(M) NOCATALOGS CACHEUSE(K) CACHEMAX(K) NOFDUSE NOFDMAX NOIOERR NOOPEN HITRATE(%) RX(K) SPEED(K/S) HOST PROXY ONLINE
2.7.0.0 12789 837 48028 61948 0 79 3598688 7077888 7179 65024 0 489236 99.971 296114 16121 http://s1cern-cvmfs.openhtc.io/cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch DIRECT 1

An output similar to this example appears for each mounted repository.
The important values are:
s1xxxx-cvmfs.openhtc.io (xxxx can be cern, ral, bnl, fnal, unl, asgc, ihep)
If a local proxy is used "http://<IP_of_local_proxy>" will be printed instead of "DIRECT".

That seems like an awful LOT of trouble just to give away free cpu cycles and electricity.
