No improvement here during this evening, on the contrary. Currently my main host has 3 Atlas and 2 sixtrack task pending upload and 5 sixtrack downloads pending.

I have seven ATLAS now stuck in download for the past 20 minutes.
EDIT: Now all downloaded.

Just now, again the problem "transient upload error" ... "locked by upload handler" :-(((

This has been happening for 3 months now - when will the problem finally get solved ?

This has been happening for 3 months now - when will the problem finally get solved ?

The new storage backend is being load tested right now. so if everything goes well the move to the new backend will probably happen in the near future and hopefully most of the problems get fixed

My clients are stuck with downloads, the estimate tells 6 hours to download.

Hopefully someone of the project-team could give the download-server a little kick ...

And 2 of may tasks waiting for uploading.
But the 'Server status' does not report any problem.

Using Wireshark as a network analyzer tool, I see a lot of "TCP Dup ACK" coming from boincai13.cern.ch for instance.

maybe the problem lies in the connection from inside CERN to outside CERN since you (the people inside CERN) dont see problems and we (outside CERN) experience problems.
