This ATLAS WU doesn't print any processing information at console 2:
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/result.php?resultid=145012138

Anything wrong with the WU setup?

Sorry for the late reply. Is this still a problem? I can see the regular output on console 2 on my WUs.

Yes, it is still a problem.

Console 2 only shows "Event processing information will appear here".

The WU has already run for more than 35 minutes, so this shoud be quite enough time to bring up some events

Yes.
I got 2 ATLAS WUs after the server outage:
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/result.php?resultid=147837750
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/result.php?resultid=147835727

Both don't show event processing information (except the first line).

I tracked this down to a change in the directory structure of the running WU so the logs from which this information is extracted were in a different place. I have fixed this now, it should take effect within the next few hours.

Message 31746 - Posted: 31 Jul 2017, 19:41:32 UTC - in response to Message 30941.

after the various troubles of the past few days (download problems, tasks failing after 10-15 minutes), the tasks seems to run okay now; however, the VM console only shows:
"Event processing information will appear here".
No further Information :-(

What's going wrong?

I have currently two hosts running Atlas tasks:
- One which is running using 2 CPU cores with 5000 MB memory setting and it is on a wired network. In this I can see the events with Alt+F2
- The other one is running using only one CPU core with 6000 MB memory setting (used to be 4500 MB) and it is using WiFi. In this I can not see the events and in general it has had a lot more problems when running Atlas tasks.

I am running 1-core tasks, 5000MB memory setting, wired network - but the console does NOT work the way it's supposed to :-(
