During the past few days, I am experiencing major delays and even timeouts when trying to navigate to the various LHC@home sites.
the function "tracert" in the DOS prompt shows massive timeouts when contacting "e773-e-rjuxm-v20-se4.cern.ch [192.65.184.221]".
Anyone else affected by this problem?

Yes, I had connectivity problems too to LHC@home sites from Nov. 18 until this morning.
Now network speed to forum and account is fast again for me, although tracert is still slow to boinc02.cern.ch

Since yesterday afternoon the pages seem to be fast again.
So far I don't notice any timeouts.

Again long access times and even timeouts. What's the problem and why is it not solved yet?

This time also slow by reporting a finished task:
LHC@home 08 Dec 14:14:57 Sending scheduler request: To report completed tasks.
LHC@home 08 Dec 14:14:57 Reporting 1 completed tasks
LHC@home 08 Dec 14:16:03 Scheduler request completed

...
and by previewing this post.

Indeed.
Meanwhile this is an 'every day' issue.
