Win11 Setup for Theory, ATLAS, or CMS

Unfortunately, I don't know what I need to do to get Theory, ATLAS, or CMS running on my Windows 11 computer. I have installed VirtualBox 7.2.4. and Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).
