Hi

Despite proper config on my account (triple check) where all the apps are allowed / good location definition for my host, my Intel iMac only gets Atlas tasks (that are working fine, before summer it was not but recent upgrade did fix this) and no Theory and no CMS tasks, even though I've seen in the past days that server status reports to have work available, is there a limitation for mac ? or maybe work is just not enables for that platform (but I see in application page that there are apps for macOS, even recently upgraded).

Your client gets what is next in the server queue and meets the settings/limits.


Restart your BOINC client.

Open stdoutdae.txt and locate the last line that reports "Starting BOINC client version ...".
Locate the last line that reports "Initialization completed".
Check (or post) all lines between those 2 lines.


At your web prefs for the venue that computer is attached to select CMS and Theory but deselect ATLAS and deselect "allow work for other apps ...".


In your BOINC manager select the LHC project and do a project update.
Check (or post) the log lines written to stdoutdae.txt by that project update.
