You did not yet post the id of your old account. Hence, nobody can check what's in the DB. This is a link to your recent account: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_user.php?userid=811816 Post the id of your old account or verify it yourself. Just replace "811816" with the id of your old account. If the DB reports "No such user ..." that account does not exist, hence can't be deleted. |
