You asked nearly the same question in Dec 2018: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/forum_thread.php?id=4910&postid=37683 Since then the relevant part of the BOINC server code has not been changed significantly. If you want it to be coded you need to make a change request here: https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/issues |

And already at that time I said: "My question referred to my account only" I'll get by with the generic stats then... Thks |

You can sort this list also to Atlas-Total at the top, not only duration. Also for other Projects in LHCatHome. |

Yes I know but as I knew my average and not my total at all it was the quickest way to access my stats and therefore know the total and then do a search by total: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/per_app_list.php?appid=14&is_team=&is_total=1&offset=2700 :) |

as we know, the credit points tent to decrease slightly after each start of a new series. However, today I notice a sudden drop to about a third compared to what it was still yesterday. Any explanation for this? |

There are lot's of validate errors being produced by certain hosts in the last 12hrs. Here are two for starters https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_host_detail.php?hostid=10628444 https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_host_detail.php?hostid=10693159 When another host gets the resend, credit awarded is but a fraction of what it should be. |

When another host gets the resend, credit awarded is but a fraction of what it should be.oh - how nice :-( I see this also on tasks that were sent only to my computer. Like here: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/workunit.php?wuid=187860384 |

The average run time of the Atlas tasks has dropped from 8...9 hours to 3...4 hours. This may be part of what we are seeing. |

The amount of failed tasks over the last 24hrs is causing the credit issue I would say. |

This is normally, when a new Atlas-Application is installed. But, this is not the reason atm. |

If credit has dropped because the issue with the Credit New system has finally been addressed, ie it has been removed to prevent the rampant credit cheating, then ok. Some clear communication from the team regarding what's going on would be a good thing. |

again very strange: downloaded - - - - - - - - - - - - - uploaded - - - - - - - - - - - - - - runtime - - -CPU time - - credit 27 Jun 2022, 14:19:24 UTC - 27 Jun 2022, 17:59:44 UTC - 8,824.01 - 16,571.61 --- 1,111.03 27 Jun 2022, 15:44:34 UTC - 27 Jun 2022, 18:19:56 UTC - 9,221.01 - 17,321.89 --- 398.26 these WUs were downloaded and also uploaded within 1 1/2 hours (processed on the same PC), and there is a tremendous difference in credit. I am really curious as to whether someone can ever explain this. |
