For the life of me...I am getting sick of this. I cleared all tasks from my BOINC, I uninstalled, cleaned the registry, reinstalled VM and still GURU hell. I have 4 cores set in my preferences, it seems to obey that. Memory I leave to the program. I have no app_config installed. From what I read in BoincTasks it uses the 6600 and 85 virtual. But so far that does not solve the problem. I checked windows firewall, VM has permission to go through the firewall. So I guess that is not the issue. What else?? Is this a memory error? It does not state out of memory. Do I need to write an app_config of some sorts? I checked some of my error tasks, some of them have validate errors by the other computer, others complete ok and the person is using Vbox 5.8 Is the newer Vbox causing issues or what? I'm lost. |

It's a severe VirtualBox issue. None of the measures suggested here can solve this. You may instead ask for help at the VirtualBox forum: https://forums.virtualbox.org/ |

It's a severe VirtualBox issue. CPU was cooked. To much OC over a few years and running 24/7. Now running at 3900X, but other projects grabbed up CPU time, so waiting to see when it is ATLAS's turn again. Ran one, but SVM was not enabled when I got it back from the repair shop. |
