not getting any windows tasks

I have native atlas working fine on Linux. Pair of 8cpu each, total of 16 valid results so far On two windows systems, both with VT-X enabled cannot get any data VirtualBox version: 6.0.18 no atlas available system has 20 possible threads, win10. One "CMS" simulation valid , 16 CMS failed. VirtualBox version: 6.1.4 no atlas work available system has 24 threads, win8.1 |

I have a similar situation. I can't get atlas(and theory) tasks, though there seems to be unsent works. CMS and Sixtrack tasks are available. I checked Yeti's checklist and reset the project once. Does anyone know the reason or solution? Windows10 (64bit), BOINC 7.14.2, VirtualBox 6.0.18, 8 threads, 16GB memory |

You may try if a preference change solves the problem: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/prefs.php?subset=project&cols=1 "Run native if available?" should be set to "no" for Windows computers. Linux and Windows computers may need to be attached to different venues: "Linux"-venue: Run native if available?=yes "Windows"-venue: Run native if available?=no |

I unchecked "Run native ~" and got tasks. dfitto, but had to change venue as native was needed for a Linux system This needs to be on a sticky thread along withj VBox 6.x being ok to use alternately change the webpage instruction from Run native if available to Don't run anything except native code |
