Just watching some ATLAS uploads at around 4% of normal speed, other ATLAS uploads at 100%.
I suspect that one of the upload servers lhcathome-upload.cern.ch has a problem.

ATLAS result uploads are currently stalling at 1-2% of normal bandwidth.
Affected server: lhcathome-upload.cern.ch (137.138.44.21)
