CMS VMs do not shut down

During the past days I noticed a couple of CMS VMs that remained running (idle) for several hours although all jobs were finished and a shutdown file was present in the shared folder. To finish those VMs I had to manually pause/resume the tasks in BOINC manager. I suspect a watchdog inside the VM is not working properly. |
