Since last night all CMS tasks fail with this error at the end of regular work.
VM Completion Message: Condor ended by dragons.

I set my hosts to NNT.

<edit>
Just saw that Theory (vbox) is also affected.
Hence a more general problem.

The issue is fixed but will only be picked up with new VMs. Note that the jobs in the VM were fine. It was just an issue with the VM exit.

I don't think so...
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/result.php?resultid=220054373 was crunched with 49.00 and also had the same error.

... picked up with new VMs.

You may check the timestamps.
Your example task was started before the error was fixed.
Hence no chance to finish successfully.
