Do I need to have hardware virtualization turned off in order to run Theory applications?

Desktop
AMD Athlon II X2 245 processor @ 2.90 GHz with 8GB memory
ATI Radeon HD 4600 graphics with 1GB memory

Laptop
INTEL(R) CORE(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40 GHz with 16 GB memory
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 with 1GB memory
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M with 2GB memory

To run Theory Simulation your computer must have hardware virtualization support and it must be enabled.
Hence this computer should be able to run it:

"Virtualbox (5.2.20) installed, CPU has hardware virtualization support and it is enabled"

This computer will not be able to run Theory Simulation:
