Every task from LHC ends with a CPU error after 10:05. Rather than continue to waste time I have suspended the LHC project. I am not having any problems with any of the other BOINC projects I am running. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Your logfiles show the following line:
cvmfs_config doesn't exist, check cvmfs with cmd ls /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw

This indicates that you either didn't install CVMFS or you didn't configure it correctly.

You may follow gyllic's guide to get ATLAS native running.
