Don't panic.
It's all fine with your WUs, except that the RAM setting is a bit high for a 2-core setup (waste of RAM).
4800MB should be enough.

The credit will drop automatically sooner or later.
The use of an app_config.xml doesn't influence it.

wan't to go from 2 CPU to 4 CPU for all my Computer with Atlas.
Was a little bit shocked about the many points.

Yes Axel these VB tasks tend to do that at first and we have had it happen many times in the past with the alpha and beta versions where tasks would get over 10,000 credits for a single core and your are 2-core so they will slowly lower your credits..
