Like "m", I also have 5 Theory tasks that are still "pending" from 2 weeks ago and a short Sixtrack that has been sitting around since AUGUST. The RESULTS are there but the WORKUNITS are gone so I don't know if the validator will be able to process them or if they will need to be done manually, in which case it might be easier just to delete them to tidy up the database and hence release the space.

Is anybody from the project team aware of or working on the issue regarding the tasks that lost their link to the WU?

In my case 15 tasks for CMS, LHCb and Theory are affected which represents a total runtime of more than 126 h.
All tasks have been sent out at 2018-02-02 and returned at 2018-02-03/04.

Other users are already reporting that those tasks are marked as errors.

Sorry, we missed part of these tasks in the previous update. Now hopefully all the remaining tasks with a lost workunit should be validated. Please note that for these VM applications, no data has been lost, as the real application results are sent back directly from the VM, and not via the usual BOINC assimilation process.

Thanks again for your efforts and happy crunching!

You got some tasks, but the LHCb's end into error. Now you have 1 LHCb and 1 Theory.
Try upgrading your VirtualBox version first from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

You have an ancient one running: Detected: VirtualBox VboxManage Interface (Version: 5.1.22)
