I have a new email address to register. The old one is now dead. When I go to the page to CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS, I can enter the new address, but whether I input the old password or a new one, I get INVALID PASSWORD. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Bob,
You have managed to log in to post your question so should be abe to use that same log-in password to change your e-mail. Only thing I can think of is that you are still attached to the old site? If so, at your convenience, (perhaps after completing your current batch of work), could you detach then attach to the new url https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/ using your OLD e-mail so that the system recognises you and you don't lose the credit you have already earned, then change the e-mail to your new one.

I can change other things like screenname etc, though.

Same issue. All my stuff in the account is intact; I just can't change my password.

As others have noted, it does not accept any password. And yes, I am using the one I logged in with.

I have the same issue, different error. The error is always Invalid Email Address. I even tried to create a new account, same issue, it thinks my new email address is invalid.

Same issue. Can login but cannot change email address.Keeps saying invalid password no matter what I try. The email address I used to register years ago is no longer usable/active and I need to change it to my current email address
