Update requested from LHCb

I got a WU that started up, ran 2 very short jobs and shut down after the normal idle period.

Is there anything helpful in the logs?

When will the problem get solved?

Meanwhile I got some WUs that run quite good.

Attached please find some lines from my proxy log.

I wonder why the LHCb vdi file was downloaded 5 times due to TCP_REFRESH_MODIFIED and served from the cache only once (TCP_REFRESH_UNMODIFIED).
My squid config is prepared to serve it from the cache like Theory or CMS.

I guess it may be a misconfiguration of the server or the new loadbalancer.

In addition be so kind as to check the URL generation on the server.
Only the older Theory URL is not malformed.
CMS and LHCb (new vdi files) include a double slash (//).
