Anyone know if you can run 2 GPUs on a single MOBO?

My 1050 is overloaded and can't keep up with crunching and processing web graphics. Do you guys know if it is possible to run an old 650 for web and leave the 1050 on its own for crunching, or will BOINC try to use both? |

See https://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Client_configuration. In fact: <use_all_gpus>0|1</use_all_gpus>If 1, use all GPUs (otherwise only the most capable ones are used). Requires a client restart. So you might find you need just do nothing and BOINC will ignore the 650 as it is less capable than the 1050. |

My 1050 is overloaded and can't keep up with crunching and processing web graphics. Questions regarding GPU computing may better be asked in the MB of a GPU project. In short: BOINC is not restricted to run on only 1 GPU but there may be a lot of pitfalls. |
