Be so kind as to reduce the runtime limit to 64800.
<job_duration>64800</job_duration> in LHCb_yyyy_mm_dd.xml

The target runtime of LHCb, CMS and Theory is 43200 s.
A slightly higher setting via <job_duration> reflects the fact that a VM may start a job immediately before the target runtime is reached.
The buffer of 21600 s seems to be enough to finish normal jobs.
LHCb sets a runtime limit of 129600 s which is 18 h more than other LHC projects (Theory, CMS).

A setting that is too high prevents the BOINC client from requesting new work especially in a multi project setup as it treats it's work cache as full.

Although I think the parameter <job_duration> is not correctly used by the vboxwrapper.
But that's not a problem to be solved by the LHC team.
