Just got this error (repeatedly):

gfal-rm error 112 (Host is down) - Failure (Neon): Server certificate verification failed: issuer is not trusted after 1 attempts

The VM continues running and starts a new job after a timeout but I don´t see an uploaded result file of the previously finished job in my logs.

I just got this message from Laurence, "There was an update of the CA and the server needed restarting." WMStats shows a lot of errors "LogArchiveFailure,Misc. StageOut error: 99109" which is consistent with the errors you saw.
