Dear experts,
today I got this error message for 8 WUs after about 10sec CPU time.

From your logfile:

Setting CPU throttle for VM. (75%)

Reducing the CPU throttle may have unwanted side effects.
Set it to 100 % and run a series of WUs to see if your host can deal with it.
If they finish sucessfully you may slightly reduce CPU throttling to check down to which value your host keeps stable.

I personally do not like throttling down the host. Other users may have made good experience with it.

What's wrong `?

This is wrong:

2016-12-27 14:01:11 (21428): VM Heartbeat file specified, but missing.

and could have several reasons. Mostly the VM didn't started well or you could have a network issue. The VM needs an uninterrupted internet connection.

2 tasks yesterday worked OK, but I saw some pausing, running, pausing running.

Do you have

"Pausieren, wenn die Prozessorauslastung durch andere Programme über folgenden Wert steigt: 25% "

in your BOINC computing preferences.

If yes, set it to 100% or 0% (means not set)

The setting "Setting CPU throttle for VM. (75%)" doesn't matter.
For VM's BOINC will not throttle itself, but VirtualBox will set the VM execution cap to 75% without issues.

Sorry but that doesn't help.
It must have another reason.
