Fortran error reported, when running concurrently with a 64 BIT app.

No BSOD, but a notice about a FORTRAN error, ending in faulty result. A X9650 @ 3690MHz (410x9; 4.5.5.14 (2T) memory timings. Theres so many bugs with the current application program and the way it interfaces with BOINC 6.x, its amazing we havent seen this one before!
