My BOINC combined stats. page only
reflects credits accumulated for
Einstein@Home, but not credits for
LHC@Home.

Is there a page which
shows totals across all projects?

This is a known problem as somebody of the project tried to fix it. Still the problem exists.

I've installed Boinc a few days ago and my first task for LHC@home is finished since yesterday. But I don't get credits for it. I only get credits for Poem@home.

Looks like this problem is still there, SixTrack does not link to the cross project numbering system properly so stats are shown independently from my other projects.

I placed all my projects on one PC and after a few days the stats aligned into one CPID.

2020.May.15 and this issues still exists (for my account anyway). In the "Projects in which you are participating" section of the Account Information page, I can see the other 4 projects I have participated in but LHC@Home in NOT in the list. I have been participating in BOINC 20+ years and with LHC for 12+ years but I'm not sure I have ever checked these stats online before so can't say if this issue has come and gone and is back again or was just never fixed, but it would be nice to see LHC@Home included in my total stats.

Have you ever checked your project preferences?

Some of the options there have been introduced long after you joined LHC@home.
To be sure the server updates your account you may
- change a setting
- save the changes
- return to the page
- set everything as required
- save again

Thank you Computezmie. I did find the setting:
"Do you consent to exporting your data to BOINC statistics aggregation Web sites?" which was UNCHECKED.
As you mentioned, this was likely added long after I originally joined. I have changed it, saved the setting, updated the project from within the BOINC manager (which did successfully update), refreshed the "My Account" page but there has been no update yet. I will monitor it to see if this fixes the issue.
Interestingly: I logged into the account pages on other projects and noted that that same question was not there.

Probably tomorrow before those stats will show. I think they get exported, to BoincStats etc, then come back in.
The "Do you consent....." had to be added as part of GDPR.

My LHC stats are there now :)
I thought it might take an overnight processing period as that is when most servers dump data so I waited until this morning to check.
