On the Your Account Pages I see my CPID as: (also in Seti)

85f8992c2922f1809d40864cb76a0c54

But this CPID doesn't work. I must use this one:

47a32b9750b419ddb3ecb58483c2b862

this is from www.boincstats.com

Whats the Problem with this??

I figured out that there are 4 different CPID's: 1 wrong, 1 for Seti+LHC and 1 for Predictor+Seti+LHC and 1 for pirates(which is also wrong).

I think there should be only one CPID, right?

by the way: I use the same email for all Projects.

It takes some time for the CPID to propagate to all the projects, at least 2 successfull connections per project. If a project is down it will not be updated.

Your email address should be in all lowercase letters at all projects. FOO@BAR.com is not the same as foo@bar.com.

I believe the CPID used at the stats sites is hashed with your email address so it will be different than the CPID shown at the projects and in your client(s).

I was told that eventually all projects would become syncronized with one CPID (accidently created my LHC account with a different email address)

So far its been over a month and LHC still appears with a different CPID. How long will it take before all accounts are merged to one CPID.

Have you changed your email addresses to be exactly the same yet? This is a required step to get the CPIDs to allign.

There are also internal and external CPIDs. The internal CPID is hashed with your email address as is to generate the external CPID.

I had a further thought. There is a bug that was fixed a couple of months ago where a work request had to be fullfilled before the CPID was updated. I wonder if LHC is still running server software that is this old.
