Account key doesn't work

I just created an account and downloaded the software. I am trying to get a project but when I paste the account key I was given it tells me its invalid. I know its correct becuase I'm pasting it directly. Tried several times. |

Check that you're pasting only the account key, and no leading or trailing whitespace. Try entering the key by hand, just to be sure your computer isn't doing something unexpected. Make sure that the URL you're using is the correct one - at least one project managed to get this wrong in the email!
