I am running it on about 25 different machines and have had the cross-project contamination on one. It involved Pirates and LHC. An update to LHC got it back but Pirates has completely disappeared. Nothing that I have done has brought it back. The only thing left is a detach/attach which I will do tonight after I get home. So, there are still some problems. Stay away from the Alpha's unless you are willing to risk and know what you are doing. Link.
