Post: I have tried several times now to connect to the LHC@home project through the BOINC software to get some work units but I am unable to. I am running the latest version of BOINC on my Fedora 37 Linux machine and was able to successfully create a user account for the project but when I try to connect to the project, all I get is a picture of two computers with a green dot bouncing back and forth between them a few times when it tries to connect and then the green dot will suddenly move over to one of the computers and the process stops and the application locks up forcing my to quit it. I sometimes will also get the scenario described above but then suddenly the application screen will go blank and the application will lockup requiring me to quit the application. Does anybody know why this is happening? Do I need to do something special to fix this issue? Thx
