Doug, NIX (as you call it) has been getting WU for at least this long:

Linux/x86 4.66 7 Apr 2005 11:36:46 UTC (That's the application)

It must be longer than that. This host
was created at 22 Feb 2005 16:16:17 UTC.

Michael

I've no idea of when it was, but the host can be created regardless of if there's a client available or not.

The recommended BOINC core client no longer works with your project.

I know you probably have lots of important work to do, but hopefully you could get around to upgrading (or at least modifying) the server back end to support version 5 clients.

Thanks. :)

I read over on the LHC-Alpha boards that that had seemingly been upgraded (ie. they aren't getting the "you have version 5, you need version 4" type message) but thats there's no work available. Hopefully LHC will get upgraded soon :)

I was going to wait a while until LHC got sorted and upgraded the server side to support version 5 clients. However seeing as how LHC is currently out of work anyway, and the fact that I've reached the nice round milestone of 10k credits, I figured I'd make the switch.

No problems so far. SETI, Einstein and Predictor working fine. I hope LHC will soon follow suit. :)

Well I hit refresh several times and didn't see it, now I try again and it's there. I blame voodoo.
