1) Message boards : Theory Application : Theory native fails with \"mountpoint for cgroup not found\" (Message 49002)

Post:
Installed a new system today (ubuntu 22 lts) and found that some of the theory tasks fail and some don't.
The ones failing have

17:42:16 UTC +00:00 2023-12-09: cranky-0.0.32: [INFO] Running Container 'runc'.
container_linux.go:336: starting container process caused "process_linux.go:293: applying cgroup configuration for process caused \"mountpoint for cgroup not found\""

which is apparently the issue described here in this thread,
The one succeeding however have

17:40:13 UTC +00:00 2023-12-09: cranky-0.1.4: [INFO] Found 'runc version spec: 1.0.2-dev' at '/cvmfs/grid.cern.ch/vc/containers/runc.new'.
17:40:13 UTC +00:00 2023-12-09: cranky-0.1.4: [INFO] Minor requirements are missing. Will try to run this task in legacy mode.

I did not changed anything locally so the latter one seems to be distributed server side. However, I do have the beta option activated.
The name of the tasks however does not yield any hint to beta app, the only difference is that the failing ones have Theory Simulation v300.07 and the succeeding ones have Theory Simulation v300.08.

Short question: Are the 08 versions already distributed via regular Theory Tasks and should I keep the application activated in the profile, or are they distributed vie Beta only and should I keep the application deactivated in profile?

EDIT: Just noticed this thread https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/forum_thread.php?id=6075#48978, question already answered.
