But I was wondering if you've checked set up your preferences yet, the main reason I've found that work units don't download is having your preferences set to download every set number of days, which also determines the amount of work you'll get. You probably know all this from being in other projects but LHC seems to be a little testy sometimes, I would also suggest authorizing your computer to connect to the internet when work is required. Otherwise my only other suggestion would be detaching from the project and re-attaching but making sure that you are online at the same time. Sorry if my suggestions are known to you but I thought it best to include all the situations I've had to resolve.

I know that there is always a limited amount of wu's to go around all the users but I just thought that being able to download multiple units (number limit of couse) would be most helpful. Never know, might even mean that there are more wu's to go around since they'll be able to analyze "sets" & there may not be the users that are signed up to multiple projects loggin on daily for new wu's.
