I guess I was just a tiny bit hasty. It probably doesn't add in my favour that I'm in South Africa - being in a different time zone - although I don't quite know what time zone the servers run at. In other words, when I expect results on say Jan 15th, it might be listed as Jan 14th, because of the time difference. At the end, none of this matters really. Whether I get credit now, or in two weeks time makes no real difference. I was just interested in the reasoning behind the system. Thank you all for your posts!

The other mistake I made was to forget that boincstats.com isn't a constantly updating page. My results data is delayed by more than 20 hours. This isn't a problem, just forgot about it. Meanwhile, I've gotten some credits (visible through the client software only). Anyz, just glad I could assist in the project, the credits just make it that tiny bit more interesting!
