You need to detach from the project and attach again. (We had a left-over reference to our old server that is cached on the client side.)

Sorry for the trouble.

Best regards, Nils [on behalf of the CERN LHC@home team)

Since most (if not all) of the recent batch of Invalids were due to the Validator itself, will we eventually get credit for the work done; or is it "water under the bridge"?

Great tasks here today.

30 minute tasks for a credit of 0.03

Gee thanks

But it probably only ran for a few seconds. If you want credit, you probably need to go to some other project. I would suggest PrimeGrid or WCG.

The amount of work for Win machines is significantly less than 1% of available processing (as in 0.000...).

Hi,
I got two tasks which both ended with an error after about 100000 seconds.

wuid=3706346

wuid=3706345

Anybody else got similar? Computer is a Q9400 so it should not be too slow.

Yes -- last 3 WU had the problem -- somebody has messed up big time. Either the threshold needs to be fixed to something reasonable, or else remove it entirely and leave it to the user to abort if it runs too long.

Here they are, if anyone cares:

I just - pardon the unintentional pun - heard about this site where certain data from the LHC has been somehow converted into sounds or music, yet when I visit the site, all I get is a blank black screen with absolutely no content whatsoever. Turning off adblocking and popup blocking apps don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t improve the browsing experience. Does anyone actually get this site to work for them?
Here\\\\\\\'s where I learned of it:

Just wondering...

it is working. there were even WUs on 22nd Jun

Thanks to inform me... maybe my internet line have a problem

It is very rare to get WU\'s and the few that do show up get taken very quickly. The odds are against getting more than 1 or 2 WU\'s per WEEK or MONTH!

Dear friends!
We have the new version of SixTrack, but it looks like - with the old graphics` bug.
So, DO NOT PRESS Show graphics button! ;-)

Better get this noted on the front page then, I thought it was fixed and pushed the button :(

Why don\'t TPTB just disable the Graphics Button and/or the Screen Saver (or better yet -- fix it!)?

I dont get any tasks but have three linux machines running. There is potential; don\'t you need it?

Looking forward to new Linux-Applications

Why? There is not even enough work available to keep existing Win machines interested, let alone busy!

So why doesn\'t the programmer just disable the \"offensive\" button and be done with it?
