Well, IMO (and that is really just my opinion), more allowed user should not be dependent on how long existing users would be kept happy crunching. Does it really matter if we have a 4 week break and then 4 weeks of work or if we have a 7 week break and then one week of work? We were told that this project has not constant flow of fresh wu's. I mean, as long as the sience is done... There are enough projects out there to crunch in the breaks and it get more as time passes on.

Just my opinion
