Team mates are translating in french the status report of november 1st.
We don't understand what you mean by:
"A new and improved optical model of the LHC accelerator is also being prepared. "

What do you mean by "optical model". Are you talking of the visualisation in BOINC or are you preparing a new numerical model of the simulation.
Could we have a few details ?

Good question Arnaud, I would like to know more about whats going to happen also when LHC shuts down. Like are we going to be able to finish the WU's we have in our Cache & turn them in ... ???

I was also wondering what the plan is for the conversion, since I already have an account. Just let it contact the server every now and again for a few months and then the appropriate client will get downloaded or do we have to signup, or etc...
