I think you're forgetting the big picture here. This isn't about who can get the most credits or which team is doing best (though it may be fun to brag occasionally). All the credit system is for is to attract more people who invest more of their time into their projects, but LHC doesn't really care which team crunches their units. My team of one is doing just fine, and my results wouldn't improve by joining the top group, or by having all the members of the top group join mine. If you don't like what some post on the messages boards, don't frequent the message boards. You're punishing the wrong party by detaching from LHC... we're here to do science, afterall.

I think you're forgetting the big picture here.
==========

And I don't think you get my Point either...It isn't about if anybody joins my Team or not, I really don't care if anybody does or not. And it isn't about the amount of Credits the Team has or it's Ranking either.

The whole Point I was trying to make is that I should be allowed to make a Team Invite Thread without somebody from another Team coming into the Thread and saying don't join that team join our team instead & posting links to their Team in another Teams Invite Thread. It was a matter of Principle from the start to the finsh of the matter & if the Team Founder doesn't stand up for the Team then who will.

If you ask any Team Founder I'm sure they would say the same thing. If they don't feel that way then theres no point in them making a Team Invite Thread.

This whole matter is settled anyway for the time being ... I never intended to pull the team in the first place, I just made the post to try and get the Dev's to do something about the offending party ... And something was done, whether my post had to do anything with it or not doesn't matter at least something was done ...

Even as a matter of principle, the big picture remains the same. LHC is for science, not group rivalries, credit systems, or petty quarrels. I'm not saying it's right to spam the team invite thread; I'm just saying you would unjustly punish LHC for quitting because of it. Even as an idle threat, other people may see that and think they should quit the project whenever they have a problem with another user. My entire point is that that post, and your conveyed intentions are not good for LHC. There are better ways to accomplish what has been done.

LHC is for science
=========

Ok Jason, whatever Floats your Boat, but if I were you I would slow it down a bit because it looks like you've been doing sooooo much for the Science while me on the other hand just simply can't seem to get it going & contribute something to the Science ...

See? You've said something unproductive and offending. Now I will ignore you, not threaten to quit the project. It's that simple.
