Hi...

When data files start processing for lhc in boinc 4.13, the other project go's into "PAUSED" in all cases as soon as a new file is started for LHC.

Uh. Exactly what's your question? This is the expected behaviour. Only one project executes at any given time for a CPU (or core on a hyperthreaded CPU). After LHC executes for a given period, defined in your project-specific preferences, you'll see LHC paused while another project executes.

Correct. You may see some anomalies for the first few days after attaching a new project while things stableize though.
