Hello, LHC-Team !

After crunching for LHC some weeks now I yesterday wondered about a workunit named ...profour... which has an estimated calculation time of about 40 hours for 100000 turns. But I remember the last WUs I had with the same number of turns needed 6 hours or so on my computer.
So I ask: Is this long lasting WU a normal one and if yes, what's the difference in general of the profour, profive and prosix WUs ?

Regards, Frank

Es gibt grosse und kleine WU's; manchmal dauert eine WU keine Sekunde, andererseits mehrere Tage. Pro..., Pro... das sind nur Namen.
