Main website states the server is up and low on work, my client says there is no work, which is it???

The home page cell that gives the server status is generated every ten or fifteen minutes. If the server is low on work when the cell is generated then it may have run out of work when your client requests it.

The feed of work is quite slow at present - there seem to be only a few tunescan units being submitted right now.
