If my memory serves the CERN guys were doing maintenance and updates about the time you posted this. These updates resulted in everyone getting these messages. After about five hours they took the servers down and seem to have fixed it.

So it shows that there were first problems, but then success to load some workunits. I'm using Boinc 4.13 and running Seti 66% and LHC 33%. The times shown here are UTC +3.
