Can't change time in general preferences

When trying to change the parameter for "Do work only between the hours of (no restriction if equal)" on http://lhcathome.cern.ch/prefs_edit_form.php?subset=global and submit the change, nothing changes. I've tried with Mozilla and IE, both behave the same way. |
