one of the particularities of boinc project must be the *need* to merge and remerge the same node a couple of times.
The number of "hosts" can go in my case, sometimes til 2-3 times the real having and operating one, one of the reason why I feel better to hide
(I wish I had so many ..)

Stil not a huge problem so far

Perhaps only me, but from "Your Account", computer.view, not accepting merging of hosts.

Independently if one ore several entries for the "same" host exists, I click one or several clickboxes to select hosts, click merge host, get back:

Merge computer records LHC@home

Merging 8118 into 12277
Return to list of your computers

no merge done. same with several hosts,
closed brower to avoid cache cucu, did it again, no more way to merge (now).

not a problem 4me, will try later.

Just wanted to put here, as asked for "abnormal" server activity.

BTW
TKS for the 470+ Work Units, got in a extremly short time! ;-)

Ditto.
Same as for hosts 6400 and 5415
It said it merged it.. but the host list shows both machines for me.

I just checked my computer list.. and it finally updated.

Maybe it was due to the server wonkiness last night.

the yesterday merge was not done.
today I could merge a couble of double entries, afther merge, on the hostpage
it looks it worked.

Will see tomorrow.

One host was there 8 times, could merge it too, but in 2 steps.
first merge 3 hosts found, 2nd merge 5 hosts found (one new id created by first merge)
