All my ATLAS tasks failed with error "206 (0x000000CE) EXIT_INIT_FAILURE", for example:
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/result.php?resultid=432461662

Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you.

You can't have VirtualBox and Podman on windows so you have to pick which project you want to do.

Maybe you have run native enabled but this does not work on Windows.

I know who it is and where it is BUT it isn't something I need to do and I am just one of those that pay attention to what is happening here for 22 years and have no reason to do the job of others here and have done plenty myself. (even if they are only 158 miles from where I am)

within the past day, I make some strange experiences with ATLAS tasks: one does not upload - no idea why; another one has been running for 12 hours now on a machine where even the longrunners don't take more than 3 hours (besides, with this task the VM console does not work).
Anyone making similar experiences ?

The upload problems are because the server is out of disk space. There are also some long tasks going around (2000 and 1800 events take about 40-50 hours with 4 cores). Also I've seen some long 400 event tasks that take about 8 hours.

I do not get new tasks since today and can not upload results because out of disk space

yes, I now noticed that the BOINC event log says "server out of disk space" - so let's wait and see ...

Quite a lot of Atlas tasks are erroring out. They seem to fail in VB and Docker. Here's one example: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/result.php?resultid=434148122

It all makes me frustrated. A few weeks ago, I bought a PC specifically for the LHC project, but I’ve been facing a lot of problems with it over the week.

I meant of course native Linux, not Docker.
But anyway, there are no new Atlas tasks to download so Theory VB it is for now.

I have over 40 invalid Atlas tasks on Windows 10 showing a "validation error".

Furthermore, the LHC website is slow and doesn't allow me to see the server status.

It's been 24 hours since any Atlas tasks have downloaded.
