I installed CVMFS but it seems to be not working any tips?

cvmfs_config probe
Probing /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch... Failed!
Probing /cvmfs/atlas-condb.cern.ch... Failed!
Probing /cvmfs/grid.cern.ch... Failed!

cat /etc/cvmfs/default.local
CVMFS_REPOSITORIES=atlas.cern.ch,atlas-condb.cern.ch,grid.cern.ch
CVMFS_HTTP_PROXY="http://192.168.1.179:3128;DIRECT"
CVMFS_USE_CDN=yes
