I do have a minor issue on the account information page were a table is added with other projects you are participating. That looks great but the links to the other projects all start with http:// not https:// and due to that not functional.
Second is for my personal situation. The lists contains also "LHC Dev@Home" besides "LHC@Home" but I am not aware of ever being invited to join that project.
Probably this is the case for more users.

The text on the pushbuttons on message boards is still unreadable. White text on white button.
At least here, this seems to be solved :-) White on green, good readability IMHO.

For the http:// issue, this is in the upsteam code: https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/blob/master/html/inc/stats_sites.inc

I would suggest opening and issue in the git issue tracker.

For the other LHC Dev@Home issue, I don't see this myself and am in that project. Please could you send to me a screen shot via email. laurence dot field at CERN dot ch.

Message 52907 - Posted: 28 Jan 2026, 12:33:53 UTC

After the server update I have encountered situation when updating LHC project. The server gives the following reply to update request:
28-Jan-2026 13:59:40 [LHC@home] update requested by user
28-Jan-2026 13:59:41 [LHC@home] task tfxLDmu9T48nsSi4ap6QjLDmwznN0nGgGQJmNLGKDmZD9KDmmCsZqn_3 resumed by user
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] [cpu_sched] Restarting task tfxLDmu9T48nsSi4ap6QjLDmwznN0nGgGQJmNLGKDmZD9KDmmCsZqn_3 using ATLAS version 303 (vbox64_mt_mcore_atlas) in slot 3
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] [sched_op] sched RPC pending: Requested by user
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] [sched_op] Starting scheduler request
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] Sending scheduler request: Requested by user.
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] Reporting 6 completed tasks
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] Not requesting tasks: some task is suspended via Manager
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] [sched_op] CPU work request: 0.00 seconds; 0.00 devices
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] [sched_op] NVIDIA GPU work request: 0.00 seconds; 0.00 devices
28-Jan-2026 13:59:42 [LHC@home] [sched_op] AMD/ATI GPU work request: 0.00 seconds; 0.00 devices
28-Jan-2026 13:59:43 [LHC@home] Scheduler request completed
28-Jan-2026 13:59:43 [LHC@home] Project is temporarily shut down for maintenance
28-Jan-2026 13:59:43 [LHC@home] Project requested delay of 3600 seconds
28-Jan-2026 13:59:43 [LHC@home] [sched_op] Deferring communication for 01:00:00
28-Jan-2026 13:59:43 [LHC@home] [sched_op] Reason: project requested delay
28-Jan-2026 13:59:43 [LHC@home] [sched_op] Deferring communication for 00:01:26
28-Jan-2026 13:59:43 [LHC@home] [sched_op] Reason: project is down

I have two host (win11 Boinc 8.0.2 and win10 Boinc 7.16.5) on same network and the other one works normally (LHC works normally) while the other one shows LHC under maintenance. I have seen situation when win10 says LHC is under maintenance but win11 works normally and also vice versa. Restarting Boinc won't clear the situation, but restarting the computer does. So after computer restart the server reply changes to normal:
28-Jan-2026 14:08:37 [LHC@home] update requested by user
28-Jan-2026 14:08:39 [LHC@home] [sched_op] sched RPC pending: Requested by user
28-Jan-2026 14:08:39 [LHC@home] [sched_op] Starting scheduler request
28-Jan-2026 14:08:39 [LHC@home] Sending scheduler request: Requested by user.
28-Jan-2026 14:08:39 [LHC@home] Requesting new tasks for CPU

28-Jan-2026 14:08:39 [LHC@home] [sched_op] AMD/ATI GPU work request: 0.00 seconds; 0.00 devices

28-Jan-2026 14:08:40 [LHC@home] No tasks are available for XTrack

I do not know whether this issue is introduced after the newest server upgrade, but al least I did not notice this before.

On any Theory- and ATLAS-workunit page with the info (task)name, application, time created etc., there is also a numberfield 'batch'. E.g.: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/workunit.php?wuid=239101111
That 'batch' provides a link to: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/submit.php?action=query_batch&batch_id=xxxxxxxx E.g: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/submit.php?action=query_batch&batch_id=19655253
When clicking the link, you get a page in your local language:
This page is not working.
lhcathome.cern.ch is currently unable to process this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

If I try to view my results here:

https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/results.php?userid=129087

I frequently get 504 gateway timeout.

Can this be fixed?
