Today a bunch of new tasks came available. They all have 1000 events to process versus the normal 400 events. So prepare for longer than normal crunch time (could be over 2 days depending on your setup and host).

You're right, i've got two of these and each of it took 2d 19h (4CPU-Settting). Today a third WU was cancelled by the server ("aborted by project - no longer usable") and i've got no credits :-( |

Same. Had one running on 4 threads for a day and it also got cancelled. I'm unticking ATLAS on my BOINC-dedicated rig, no reason to waste this much computing power when CMS appears to be running smooth.

Same here too. Got more than a dozen tasks cancelled while running for hours (some >50% in progress). Some did get cancel before the tasks ran and I'm fine with that. In addition, got tasks with validation error but it was only a few minutes of running, so that's not as bad when compare to those already running for hours and then got cancelled. https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/workunit.php?wuid=237892957 https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/workunit.php?wuid=237896161 https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/workunit.php?wuid=237891554 |
