Is this normal for Atlas? I say atlas as it hit that once the unit has been running for a few mins and it lines up with Atlas using 12 of my 16 threads.
The odd thing is even when I pause computing its still using 75% of the CPU time, is this normal behaviour? I also notice the unit thats running has taken 4 hours to do 10%?

dont worry about the time estimation vs the progress reporting. it's often wrong. most of my tasks end up completing around ~35% progress reporting.

If i remember right is ATLAS Native shown as a Generic name in htop so could be yes.
And you cant stop ATLAS native tasks as they have no idea when you pause them in the boinc manager. So they will run till they are at the end of the workunit and finish the last steps once you unpaused them.
Looking at your computer does it seem that it does finish Atlas native tasks fine HITS file is produced so should be fine.
