Since virtualbox and WSL/Hypervisor are not able to run together as we have found out previously with a number of installs of 24H2 etc

Hold off setting up WSL until there is an announcement from the project.

WSL is on Hyper-V, so it's not compatible with VirtualBox. I am curious if LHC@Home plans to migrate to Docker with WSL to make setup easier.
