If you are talking about Predictor (http://predictor.scripps.edu) then you have BOINC 3.22 loaded. Predictor has not upgraded to 4.x yet, and is not handing out new work to anybody.

The current version of BOINC that has been released to any project is 4.09. The current version in Alpha testing is 4.11. None of the projects that are running 4.x will run on a 3.x client.
